Thats like saying don't buy a Gibson SG cuz you can emulate the sound on a B.C. Rich. The Yamaha Chip sets in these old fm boards are SICK Nasty. They can be found in all kinds of stuff like SB16 PCI Cards and Sega Genisis, My comaq Presario has a ESS OPL3 clone ! I run a Shareware App called Symphonix and its like Sonic Crack. I am trying to figure out how to load DS-8 sysx files into one of these chips. SHA Right. I can’t believe I just read the last post.
